By accessing and using NameCheq (namecheq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

NameCheq provides a brand name availability checking service across multiple platforms including domain registrars, social media platforms, developer platforms, and app stores. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your information updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for an extended period.

Free Plan: Provides access to a limited number of platforms per search. Subject to usage limits.

Pro Plan: Provides access to all 45 platforms. Requires a paid subscription.

Business Plan: Provides unlimited access plus API access. Requires a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until the next renewal date.

All content, features, and functionality of NameCheq — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by NameCheq and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without an API subscription
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Engage in excessive or abusive use that degrades the service for other users

NameCheq is not responsible for the accuracy of availability results. Platform availability can change at any time, and results should be verified directly on each platform before registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameCheq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

NameCheq does not guarantee the registration or ownership of any name, domain, or handle. We provide availability checks only. Registration must be completed through the respective platforms or registrars.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
