At NameCheq, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our paid services.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments, therefore no refunds apply.
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the remainder of a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual term with no refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
